End User License Agreement for Wyatt Works QBO Helper

Effective date: August 5, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Wyatt Works QBO Helper application (“Application”) by Wyatt Works LLC (“Wyatt Works,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Purpose

The Application is an internal tool used by Wyatt Works to connect Wyatt Works’ QuickBooks Online company file with internal accounting, billing, invoice preparation, estimate preparation, and administrative workflows.

License

Wyatt Works grants authorized Wyatt Works personnel a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Application solely for Wyatt Works business purposes.

Restrictions

Users may not use the Application for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass access controls, share credentials with unauthorized persons, reverse engineer the Application, or use it to access data or systems without authorization.

QuickBooks Online connection

The Application uses Intuit OAuth authorization to access QuickBooks Online data that Wyatt Works has authorized. Access may be revoked through QuickBooks Online app settings or by contacting Wyatt Works.

No warranty

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyatt Works disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyatt Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Application.

Changes

Wyatt Works may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means the updated Agreement applies.
