Privacy Policy for Wyatt Works QBO Helper

Wyatt Works LLC (“Wyatt Works,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses the Wyatt Works QBO Helper application to connect Wyatt Works’ own QuickBooks Online company file with internal billing and accounting workflows.
Information the application accesses
When authorized through Intuit/QuickBooks Online, the application may access QuickBooks Online accounting data needed for Wyatt Works internal operations, such as company information, customers, products and services, invoices, estimates, tax codes, and related accounting records.
How information is used
Information accessed through QuickBooks Online is used only to support Wyatt Works’ internal accounting, billing, invoice preparation, estimate preparation, reconciliation, and related administrative workflows.
How information is stored
OAuth credentials and application tokens are stored in private files on Wyatt Works-controlled systems. Access is limited to authorized Wyatt Works personnel and systems used to perform accounting and billing work.
Information sharing
We do not sell QuickBooks Online data. We do not share QuickBooks Online data with third parties except as necessary to operate Wyatt Works’ accounting, billing, IT, legal, tax, compliance, or security processes, or as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information accessed by the application. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to limit access and protect data from unauthorized use.
Data retention
Information is retained as needed for accounting, tax, legal, audit, operational, and business purposes. OAuth tokens may be revoked by disconnecting the application in QuickBooks Online or by contacting Wyatt Works.
Disconnecting the application
The application can be disconnected through QuickBooks Online app settings or by contacting Wyatt Works for assistance.
