SMS Consent & Text Messaging Terms

Wyatt Works LLC (“Wyatt Works,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may use SMS/text messaging to communicate with customers, prospective customers, and authorized contacts about IT support and technology services.

Types of text messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Wyatt Works, you agree that Wyatt Works may send you text messages related to:

  • IT support requests and service tickets
  • Appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and arrival updates
  • Project coordination and service updates
  • Account, billing, quote, estimate, or invoice questions
  • Follow-up questions related to services you requested
  • Occasional service-related notices for Wyatt Works customers

Wyatt Works does not use this SMS program for high-volume marketing blasts.

How you opt in

You may opt in by giving Wyatt Works your mobile number and requesting or agreeing to text-message communication, including by submitting a web form, contacting us by phone, email, or text, or otherwise asking Wyatt Works to communicate with you by SMS.

Example consent language: “I agree to receive text messages from Wyatt Works about IT support, scheduling, service updates, and account-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.”

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service requests, appointments, projects, and account activity. You may receive multiple messages during an active support request or appointment.

Costs

Wyatt Works does not charge you for receiving text messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Opt out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, we will not send additional SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy and data sharing

Wyatt Works uses your mobile number and SMS consent information only to provide and manage text-message communications related to Wyatt Works services. We do not sell or rent your mobile number or SMS consent information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data sharing described in any Wyatt Works privacy policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except as needed to provide messaging services, comply with law, or protect the rights, security, and operations of Wyatt Works.

Supported carriers

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and messaging provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the mobile number you provide.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Consent & Text Messaging Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
